Was towed here after a silly late night mishap of putting diesel fuel in my Toyota camry 2 hours away from home. It was a chilly few hours camping out before opening but they quickly welcomed us in to get warm and check out the problem. Despite being fulled booked with appointments they were able to get me my car back in top shape in 2 hours and for a half the price I expected. Friendly group of guys. Highly recommend!

My daughter had issues with her car overheating. Stopped by Independent Auto on a Saturday, and even though they were closed but were there working on their personal vehicle, they took the time to help get my daughter's car running. It was a temporary fix until she could take it back to them that week and they had her car repaired in a day for a very reasonable price! I would highly recommend them!

I have never written a negative review ever but this is one of the most unprofessional experiences i’ve had. I had independent auto diagnose my car so that it could be worked on at home but a few complications made it so that I had to give it back to the shop. I gave the car to them February 1st with the parts purchased being told it would be ready the following Monday. They had to purchase a water pump but did not insinuate that would delay anything. I go to pick it up Wednesday and am told that the tech was out but the car was done and just needed a double check. They said they would call and never did. My dad had to call them twice within the two weeks they had my car because they refused to communicate. After the second time he called, they said my car would be ready the next day (the 13th). I go in and am told that my car isn’t even done yet having been previously told it just needed a final check and to come back the next day (the 14th). At this point, they’ve had my car for a service that should take a couple of hours/days for almost two weeks. My mom calls after we went in and they try and blame us even though they refused to communicate with us. Not once did they apologize for the delay, I have a job and am going to school and was left without a car, zero communication for 13 days. I’m sure it wasn’t out of malice but it was extremely unprofessional and inconvenient for me.
