Love the setup of Industrious Puyallup! They give you your own halo aka a large square of space and all the equipment you’ll need in that area 👍🏼 The coaches do a great dynamic warmup to get the body primed for the movements and also go over the workout of the day before it starts to make sure everyone is on the same page and ready to go. Got a super good sweat on with my partner and everyone I met was very friendly and encouraging 👊🏼

Danny at Industrious Puyallup is the best! He was my first real trainer ever, and I’m so glad to be working back with him. Besides his skill and dedication to training, the location is dope and right off of the highway on Canyon road! Come check Industrious Puyallup out. You won’t regret it 👍🏽
