Infinity 360 Nurse Staffing

So 1st if you only needs 30 days for nurse care make sure you cancel the contract the first day you hire the nurses here because the terrible experience I had could have been avoided thank God I am blessed and not in dire need for cash as these people at infinity are. So when I first hired them for my mother who is bed bound I asked Elizabeth the office clerk if I needed to do anything because I would only need them for 30 days and I noticed on the contract that they try to trap you for at least 3 months when you sign but if you only want to do 30 days you must but a 30 day cancellation notice but Elizabeth told me don't worry about it so I took honestly which I shouldn't have but I really didn't think they would be that money hungry to scam someone that is typically dealing with a love one in need of care. Anyways the first 30 days go by and I let them know that would be the end of it as my Aunt would take care of my mom for a while. On the last day the nurse said make sure you send them an email for cancellation so they won't try to charge you a cancellation fee??? That made me think like ok if she said that she must know how crooked and dishonest the place is she is working for. SMH . So then they said I hadn't put my cancellation in and I would owe the next 30 days or they would take me to court...lol. Really Loser's!!!Anyways my mom got out of the hospital so I needed them at that time so I paid the $2,240 dollars but them 3 days later my mom had trouble breathing and I had to call the paramedics to take her to the hospital. She is still there so I figured she left on day 2 the nurses here would still owe me 28 days. Next thing I call to update them and the lady Ty Burke says oh hey, yeah your 30 days is almost up I'm like really you guys gonna count these days she isn't even here to be cared for and just take $2,000 and not at least as a decent human being say look here we will at least give you half the days or half your money back. Instead Ms. Burke says since I like you I'm gonna have the head manager in charge Alice Bell call you to give you details on the days we will work out. This morning I get a call from Elizabeth the office clerk/ field nurse because Alice Bell and Ty Burke always send Elizabeth to do their dirty work which is so sad because she is an angel but is lost working for a company like that and you can just hear it in her voice she knows this company is wrong and she wishes she didn't have to be a part of this but she probably needs the money. Thank God I'm blessed and I don't need the money that bad I would rather have good karma that's how I got my big house with a pool and a wonderful family because it's all about Karma you get what you give. So this post is to help anybody in my situation cause if I didn't have the money it would be a different story. Company's like this will never last especially when you pray on family's in need of care for there love ones all over greed. Bless up!
