Herbert managed our property for our first year in East Seattle. He was super responsive and easy to work with. Had a pleasant demeanor and was empathetic to any issues at the home that arose. It was a pleasure working with him through the leasing process (rental contract) as well.

Terry Sparks did a phenomenal job! She walked me through every step of the process of selling my home for the first time. Terry was very communicative throughout the process and was there every step of the way. This woman knows exactly what to do, trustworthy and I would highly recommend her and a matter of fact, I have! She's going to sell a family members house of mine as well. Want things done right the first time? Hire her! You won't regret it!

My wife and I just purchased a house for the third time in our lives. It was our first time working with Herbert and I must say the process went so smoothly we will never work with anyone else again.
