Owner needs to grow up. Its immature when you snap back at people that don't praise you in their reviews. I was going to book an appointment once reading the good reviews but when i seen the response of the owner to bad reviews it told me all i needed to know of the character of the owner.

LOL! Last week the manager called me and asked to take down my review after her staff and herself included failed to provide me with not only decent service but also basic human respect. Never have I actually had someone ask me to take down a review but after changing it and eventually thinking it over, I decided to let people know how horrible this salon is if something doesn't work out. Responsibility? Who's that? They obviously don't know it... Blaming customers for something that could have potentially happened at their salon? They got it!

BEWARE!!!! CREEPY PEOPLE do not go here!!!!!!!!!! Owner (women) and Male eyelash technician have a very weird relationship!! she become irate when he began doing my eyelashes and would literally curse at his the whole time he would do my eyelashes. also male technician called me at 10pm about eyelash specials! called from his personal phone not salon phone and this was months after i stopped going to salon! i dont think they even are licensed !!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
