I have to write this in another name to avoid some politics, but the owner/managers are not willing to try and understand what you need. Arrogant and untrustworthy for a service with such consistent sub-par quality of work. Really disappointed. Avoid them.

Well it's along story but to the main reason I would not do ANY business with this joke of a contractor simply they bid prevailing jobs as owner/operator and get the work as being an owner/operator is much cheaper than to pay the person who actually did the work and left their worker with no money then when their worker did not receive prevailing wage he was laid off. This company will find shortcuts but charge full price for their services and then half adding it.
