If negative stars were available... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 3 ink cartridges. Website shows 3-5 business days. 25 days later, after many emails, I got my order and it was wrong product and loose in a flimsy bag AND unboxed. They sent me a return package and I returned for refund. I called today and asked where my refund was. After verifying my name/address he said "I show your package was delivered yesterday." I asked what he was talking about?? and reminded him that my order was over a month ago and I want to know where my REFUND is... not my package. he then said "oh, I must be looking at the wrong account." Every conversation was like this. They are terrible and just take and hold your money. My order was 3/31/23 and today is 5/20/23 and I am still waiting on my refund. I was just told "umm, we're having trouble with refunds." He then told me that he would "go ahead and process my refund" and it will take up to 9 more days to get it. Time for BBB reporting.

Wasted a couple of hours back and forth finding out why. Kept getting different excuses - out of stock, on backorder, could be many weeks to get, our website systems aren't working- shouldn't be showing in stock, don't have product, and on and on.

Yet they charged my card for the full amount when I placed the order and promised me 4 biz days delivery. 10 days later, zero mention of any backorder or other issues until I chased them down. Now I have to find the cartridge elsewhere and wait for their refund.

Stay away from this company!
