I found him very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for Friday at 10 am and Thursday evening while making dinner I get a text to confirm for Saturday at 10 am. I responded that I have a confirmation email for Friday at 10 am not Saturday. He told me that won't work for him because he can't get from my scheduled appointment to his other schedule appointment in another state that fast. Instead of him calling me and apologizing for the scheduling conflict and see when we can reschedule he acted like it was my fault for scheduling on a date he was out of town. I asked for a full refund because he makes you pay in advance. He responded that it was to bad I'm missing out on the only one who can rehabilitate my dog. It felt like a horrible dating app experience in my opinion.
Update: this was his response after I told him I didn't wish to do business with him.
I already returned first payment. You must contact your credit card company on second payment and you will receive it within 7 days. It's too bad you will be missing the only Behaviorist that can rehabilitate your dogs and train you. There is no one else that can do it and they will charge double what I charge.
