Do they even sell tractors?
I've attempted multiple times to purchase from this location over a period of 3 weeks. I'm convinced they don't even sell tractors given my experience.
I've attempted to call, no answer from sales department.
I've attempted to leave voicemails to schedule appointments, no call back from sales department.
I've attempted to submit for online quotes, no email nor call back from sales department.
I've even attempted to drive there and see them in person, sales department went home several hours early. Told to schedule an appointment. (I've tried)
I'm one who likes visit multiple dealerships to find the right place to buy, given if they do well I'll use them for parts and maintenance. This one obviously doesn't want you to buy from them. Fortunately they're not the only place to get tractors.
I had my kubota tractor serviced here. I address the issue of the tractor levers sticking. I was told that they could be rebuilt since the part was not bad. Well I did pay over 1k. Even paid to have the tractor transported. Well once the tractor was back in my possession I noticed the valve they apparently rebuilt was leaking. I called into them and left them and email and was told they would look into. After a few months I never heard back.
So when I called back they told me that the valve just needs to be replaced. If they would have told me back when they serviced it I would have replaced it.
I was given a very poor excuse and was told that sometimes it fixes it and sometimes it doesn't. So I don't appreciate the guessing games if you know it's a possibility that it won't work then tell your customer that so we can make a better decision. We rely on your expertise to get it taken care of the first time.
So then I was quoted the part and labor with no discount when then was originally their problem they messed up on.
No accountability from kellie. I will not be recommending anyone to take their vehicle to them.
