Tom and his staff at Black Tie Catering are excellent! I am a wedding & event planner, and I know when I recommend this company to clients they are going to get delicious food, professional service, and ultimately be very well taken care of. I look forward to working with Black Tie at many future events!

Mercadies at Black Tie did my wedding in July 2019 at a private residence on Hayden Lake. She did absolutely amazing and was very organized. They exceeded my expectations and the food was absolutely incredible!! All of our guests raved about how delicious both the salmon and chicken were. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!!! Our wedding day would not have gone so smoothly if it wasn't for Mercadies and her amazing team at Black Tie.

The lack of customer service here was shocking. I had tried to get a hold of them for a week to finalize the menu for my wedding and was told I would be contacted once they were out of meetings. I never heard back from them. I emailed, called, Facebook messaged and was not contacted by them directly regarding my event. The few times I did hear from them were vague messages and not any direct communication. As a bride, this was beyond stressful and totally not worth the time. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your catering needs.
