Unprofessional, damaged my driveway and will be filing a complaint with the state due to this and charging for a tow and didn't even tow anything and say it's a service charge. Well I hope that $ 100 is worth it I will be pushing paperwork for damages to my driveway and it's a lot more then $100 . I have pictures and video of the damages

Worst customer service ever! Called about our car being towed, Linda, who answered the phone was rude, condescending and interrupted every chance she got. The owner was JUST as rude, talked over me, spoke to me as if I was a child, and hung up on me. Tried to call back numerous times, phone calls ignored everytime, but have issue keeping my car and charging the outrageous storage fees.
