Excellent!! My lower back feels so much better after acupuncture! Jessica Gallegos-White is so knowledgeable and cares about her patients. I came to her office with constant lower back pain that also hurt when touched. Not only did Jessica relieve my pain after a few sessions, she even gave me exercises and stretches to help strengthen my back and to prevent future back problems. I decided to continue seeing Jessica and her colleague Renee Collier (deep tissue massage) as routine care for my body. I'm so thankful I found Inner Wisdom Acupuncture because I was starting to lose hope in relieving my pain. Thank you so much for the excellent care and getting me back to normal activities, like playing with my kids and hiking again!!

I have been suffering with a herniated disk and sciatic nerve issues for the past year. I went through Chiropractic care, physical therapy and even had surgery in December to repair my disk, that should have helped my sciatic nerve. I have been seeing Jessica here at Inner Wisdom with lots of relief. Then yesterday I decided to try Acupoint injection. Let me tell you today was the first day I have felt zero pain in 1 year. And this is with no pain meds also.. This brings me to tears as I write this. I highly recommend this for anyone who is in chronic pain like myself. Thank you Jessica ♡
