Innovative Concrete Engraving

I had a concrete countertop installed by Kelly for an outdoor kitchen. The surface began cracking extensively in the spring and I asked him to please come take a look at it. After contacting in mid-May, he told me he would be out in early June. It's now mid-August and he still hasn't been out and does not answer my communications. I am very disappointed. I would not recommend this company.
