We awoke to strange electrical issues, and a 7:15 am phone call to Walter was answered personally by him! After describing the symptoms he said "I'll be right out!" He quickly diagnosed the issue, and he and his team were able to solve it in a day. We are thankful that he was able to come out early in the morning. His regard for the safety of his clients was obvious and so greatly appreciated. IES is permanently added to our local services 'go to' list! Call this company if you EVER have electrical issues!

Since discovering Innovative Electrical Services 4 years ago when they had completed the wiring of an entire residential apartment for us, Walter and the team have been our exclusive go to contractor for our electric projects. Recently, when a transformer box at one of commercial buildings was driven into by a vehicle at 3am in the morning, Walter was onsite liaisoning with SMUD personnel and assessing the repairs needed within minutes – on a Saturday! Who does that!? Unplanned electrical repair work is never something anyone hopes to deal with, but when you do, you’d be lucky to have someone like Walter who will take the time to research all possible avenues, and to walk you through and price out all of the possible alternatives, who you can count on to expeditiously complete the work and ensure that it is finaled by inspectors. Walter and his team are professional, communicate clearly, are respectful of our home and family, and get the job done. They made recommendations based on our safety, and are always very personable. Would recommend.
