I bought an alternator bracket from these guys which ended up snapping mid drive causing my alternator to fly out of my vehicle so I emailed them and not only did they replace it but they redesigned the entire part and and gave me the first one. Awesome company and awesome customer support. Shows that you care for your customers.

I purchased a set of B90750-60A mouts for a 02 civic si and received mounts that had scratches and swirl mark all over. The finish was definitely bad. The mounts I received don't look nothing like anything on there website or anything what they advertise. I return them and sked for a better set that represented their quality. After receiving my same motor mouts just polished I decided to make this review. I will definitely not be purchasing from innovative again. Quality is definitely not good or customer service.

Just got some pretty cool Motor Mounts from this place. And was totally shocked to open the box and not see some sort of instructions in there. You can't find a PDF anywhere online or on the website. Innovative mounts you guys should post PDF basic instructions on your website for each item you sell would be super helpful
