Be prepared to run out of your prescriptions while waiting for Inovia to fill them. Full of unhelpful and occasionally rude employees who don't seem to be aware of how to do their job properly. Their delivery system is a lie, every time I've had my prescription delivered they did not deliver it.
I tried to be patient and tolerant but it has started to seem like they intentionally do this to me so I don't get my prescription on time. Always late with getting me my prescription, and half the time they have had to have another pharmacy delivery my prescription (days after I've ran out because they wait until I've called more than once about my refills) because they didn't have it.
Now, suddenly, they have no record that I've been a customer for the past five months. I just spoke with them two days ago and they told me my prescription would be delivered yesterday. Like always it wasn't there, when I called today they had no record of me. Same thing different month, save yourself the trouble and pick a different pharmacy.
