We love having insight doing our pest control. They are very thorough and explain everything they did/ sprayed around the house. They are detailed on what to expect after their service, even explaining that sometimes you might see more insect activity before they go away. They are always mindful of our dogs and remind us how long to leave them inside for which we appreciate. We usually have James come but have also had Taylor, they are both great and do a great job each time.
