The report provided had errors and omissions. They had a picture in the report that was not from my home. After they collected their payment, they would not return calls or emails after multiple attempts. Rory was also verbose. When I tried to ask a question, he cut me off and kept talking about things he wanted to. In fact he talks too much and will not listen. Other then the errors on the report, its average. There were some items that he did not inspect. The cost was over $600. I would not recommend them.

The owner Rory was great. Very detail oriented, clearly knows his stuff. He gave us tons of details on the home we are purchasing and made us feel at ease.
