Stopped in yesterday as they were close by; service was friendly, and their soft products look very nice from what I see in the showroom. However, I can't in good conscience recommend their prints on paper; the colors on my images were totally blown out or oversaturated, with banding present in dark areas. Blue green colors were totally non-existent. I'd expect this from a library printer but I was pretty disappointed with the quality. I will say their printer prints very sharp details well, so it would be ok for inkwork or tattoo flash.

Great service! I was very happy with the service Mayank provided. He was very meticulous in making sure that what I requested was done well. Very happy with the work they did! Highly recommend this place!

on par with airlines as the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Mis-printed a design (which I'd specified to be vertical) on its side, then after finally conceding to reprint it, the design was upside down. Person at the desk blamed it on me, no offer to reprint or refund. Never returning.
