I am a 70 year old female with sciatica. And I am a retired OT. So, my standard is quite high. My therapist, Brady, was knowledgeable (both technically and exercise wise), friendly, and knew how to get the best workout out of me. He was good at explaining correct form in ways I could understand and remember. He set me up on an exercise program I can continue at home and at the gym, and taught me how to increase weight/reps safely. In fact, doing the exercises correctly and safely was a big part of the program. I am grateful for the education and help. The sciatic pain disappeared by the 3rd or 4th visit and I've been able to remain pain free throughout treatment. I have no doubt that I can continue to keep the pain under control as I continue my exercise program on my own.
