Horrible contract terms, they won't let us out of portions of our contract even after we have paid thousands of dollars to fulfill our term or we would have paid a very heavy termination fee. We have been with them for well over a decade and have paid tens of thousands of dollars for phone lines that we have not used for years just because they will not let us cancel phone and fax lines. This has been going on since 2017 and we are still dealing with it today!
