I highly recommend selecting Integris Roofing. I could not have been happier with the experience of working with Mike and team at Integris Roofing. I vetted many bids and after reading reviews and comparing quotes I chose Integris. Very happy I did for several reasons:

Always received a prompt response. To bid, questions, etc. from start to finish.

More than competitive pricing. I wanted an energy efficient roof, so I chose the cool roof series by Owens Corning and also opted for an additional layer of insulation called Therma Shield. Integris was extremely competitive on pricing. Actually did the Therma Shield at cost.

The other bids recommended going over the existing roof since it was the original one layer. Integris’ bid included removing existing roof to inspect underlying plywood and providing an entirely new roof. So glad he did, we had rot and needed a few sheets of plywood replaced.

I had a skylight that I needed installed, no problem, reasonable fee to frame and install.

I had a bay window that was included in the roofing project, however was 30-40 ft up, no problem.

I wanted them to remove existing corroded rain gutters and after inspection, facia needed replacing. They provided, primed and painted and installed new facia trim.

Paying cash, I received a discount that was unexpected.

Bottom line: High quality, Always on time, Always communicated, cleaned up nicely, couldn’t have asked for more. Definitely recommend.
