I always have a hard time trusting anyone. No one will care for your home like yourself. These guys really made me feel safe and gave me so much information with my home and unit. Greatly appreciated thier time and also knowledge. Thank you again for helping my family not only with our heater, but the knowledge of our system. Thank you again. God Bless America.

Calling and making an appointment was easy. The office staff were knowledgeable and proficient with scheduling a tech to come out to diagnose the problem. Troy from Integrity was on time and got the job done fast. My AC was back up and running quickly and literally better than new. I'm very pleased with their service.

I called 4 different air services and Integrity Comfort Systems was the only one that picked up the phone. I had to leave messages for the other three. One eventually returned my call two hours later but it was too late by then I had moved forward with Integrity. In addition, throughout the next couple of days they answered my call every single time Ii called! My AC was not blowing cool air. Assessed the issue and gave me three different options. Chose one and it worked. Timely, efficient, professional, courteous, and got results. Heather, July and Steven thank you for making the entire process easy!
