My husband hired this company for some investigative work. He did not do as promised. He never answered his phone, would call weeks later. Our money was wasted, when we could have hired a company who could have actually helped us. In addition, we never received money back from the initial payment we mailed him. He never completed, or "worked the hours". It's ridiculous that he (the owner) still has his license. My husband and I are seriously considering taking this further now that court is finished.
Note: the address is fake, there is no office to visit.
