Absolutely recommend Intelligent Computer Systems. Mike is quick to respond to our questions and needs either with a phone call or a face to face solution. Responds to our questions in a manner that is not condescending but makes sure we understand his answer and solution.

I brought my laptop to your office with what I described to you as a possible setting issue. From your chair you said it sounds like malware and would have to keep it. Since you didn't bother to get out of your chair to look at it and didn't offer an estimated date or time I could expect it back I left. Drove directly to another shop, said the exact same thing and the guy looked at it, changed a couple settings and it was fixed in 2 minutes. I paid him and was on my way...
