Have rented with Intempus for a while now. Good experience as a tenant. Fair pricing, the web portal to pay rent and file repair requests works well. When I've had issues (clogged drain, broken appliance, etc.) they are very responsive. Erick Gonzalez is one customer service agent I've worked with who's helped with repair requests and he was super helpful in getting issues resolved quickly.

I have been impressed thus far in the attentiveness of the Intempus staff. I appreciated that a Gilroy team member drove out to Morgan Hill to allow us to see the property we were interested, and that both Jasmine, Justin and Manuel have been able to assist with clear information to our questions. Jasmine has called and replied promptly to all of my inquires.
I look forward to completing the rental process in the coming weeks and will leave an update then.
