Dexter and his team of caregivers helped our family through a really tough time. Everyone who helped my dad was so kind and warm. We would use Interim again if the need arises.

The healthcare industry is complex. The most important concept healthcare professionals learn at any level is to be an advocate for the patient, scope of practice and chart so your case will show you worked as a prudent care provider. While I don't think defamation and slander a appropriate in any setting , discussion about being a patient advocate is much needed. Dexter puts his company and his caregivers in situations which he will have to defend someday in court.

We were very happy with the services provided by Interim HealthCare for our Mom. I contacted Dexter and he was very kind and responsive in setting up care quickly. We tried a couple of different caregivers and found a very good fit for our Mom. Communication from the agency was very good and I would recommend their services.
