I recently starting working with Interior Define for several spaces in my home. I have been really pleased with the level of service and partnership from my ID partner, Brynn Cohune. I live close to the University Village location and she was able to come do a home visit to discuss my style, preferences and take measurements. She has been a creative partner and is a fantastic listener. She has done a great job understanding my style preferences and helped me pick great pieces (couches, chairs, benches, etc.) from not only ID but several Havenly partners like Crate and Barrel and Anthropologie that really bring the look of the room together. I look forward to working with Brynn and the ID team in the weeks/months ahead and definitely recommend checking them out. I also appreciate that if your ID partner is not available, there is a team of other associates who are able to help you. In my case it was Brady and he was super helpful while Brynn was not available.
(Note: I have not received any pieces yet but I am hopeful I will love them as much as I do in the design layout!)
Had a great experience ordering my sofa and it arrived today! I loooove it! Kai helped me decide on color, width and firmness option and even notified me when the sale was about to end so I could get it ordered in time! She was great! It's just the right firmness and size for my room, I'm obsessed! I've never ordered a sofa without seeing it in person and this has been the best experience! It arrived early and just in time for my birthday celebration! Thanks Kai and Interior Define, definitely telling everyone I know!
