I made an appointment so no problem getting in to talk to someone. Security was professional. The gentleman that helped me was very helpful an knowledgeable. Quick and easy. Much better then trying to do anything on line.

Although I didn’t get what I need to apply, the officer in Window 103, Mr. Heng was very very friendly and helpful. 5 stars for his welcome and respectful attitude.

We have used this office several times this year to help resolve client issues, I give the Everett office 5 Stars for their Professional service, willingness to help resolve the issues and their overall excellent personalities from the Security Guard to the Tax Payer assistance personnel, we have not worked with anyone in this office that was anything other than professional, friendly and most helpful. Highly recommend this office .
