Had to get some bloodwork done. I went to the Interpath lab by the hospital in Richland. My vein's role and I am a very hard draw, I always suggest how they should draw my blood, but most don't listen, and I end up being jabbed multiple times. Jizheny was AMAZING, and she listened to me. 1 poke and I was done! SO thankful I went here for my bloodwork! Thank you so much for listening to me!

Lady at the front desk is beyond rude. She won’t take two seconds to listen to the patient to understand what they are actually saying. They were making fun of someone with a mental health issue as well. On top of all that, she couldn’t even take the time to take off her zit cream.

idk what the hell people are talking about with the rude staff, i’ve met a couple of them and i see Janet quite a lot and love going here! Janet and other staff members are super kind and get you in and out super quick! i go to get my blood work done and im done within less of 15 minutes, they’re super quick with a lot of things! even when i’m sitting there waiting for my turn, i don’t wait long because they’re helping other people super quick! and Janet is super nice, i love her a lot and have good conversations with her while she’s getting my blood work done! definitely recommend this place!
