I got a call from a man who said I applied to a Leasing position on ZipRecruiter. When I asked him which position that was he didn't know. He said he matches people by their zip code. I said, "If I sent you an application and I applied to a specific position then you should have that information." He told me it doesn't work that way and that a recruiter would get back and talk to me more in detail about what's available and that he was supposed to just ask me some questions. And so I said, "Well what were the questions you wanted to ask me?" ..So, instead of asking me the questions he starts to give me a list of the question! LOL Are you kidding me?? - I ended the call by telling him that he was just way too unprofessional for me and I don't want to work for a company that operates this way. Besides that they're based out of New Jersey and there are agencies local that I can work with

Diana reached out to me after I submitted my resume through Zip Recruiter and after less than 24 hours she had a job lined up for me and the online training was simple and extremely helpful.
