This the worst experience. The day I set up an account they send me to shop io install. It was supposed to be at 10 am. The guy didn't open his shop until 5pm . He tried to install it after hours I had to wait all day. Ends up he didn't know how to do it so I had to schedule a new appointment. 6 months later I schedule to remove it. On a Friday. They don't have my paperwork. I call them they tell me it will be expedited for Saturday. Today is Saturday and the shop is telling me nothing was sent for me. I'm so frustrated I hope they read this. I'm never one to leave reviews but I am so pissed I had to take Friday off and lose money for them not to have my paperwork which I called 2 weeks in advanced. They tell me Saturday and nothing. This is not fair. I did everything I was supposed to do made all my payments and payed in advanced and this is how they are treating me. I feel disrespected and now I have to wait until Monday and see what they tell me. This is so unfair
