When I originally called in to get more information on this service I was suprised they could help me that day and for that matter within an hour of calling. Rachel came out to my apartment and was very friendly and knowledgable and gave me information about what would be put into the IV and the benefits. I've been retouinely recieve IV infusions in the ER for severe migraines and have found that magnesium and fluids help me most however it's near impossible to find somewhere I can get my treatment routinely through a Dr.'s office so when my doctor recommended this type of service I did a quick google search and found what I was looking for at Mobile IV and to me it was worth the cost even though it is a OOP service.
I struggle with seizures and as of recent my seizures have been more frequent. The theory is their due to migraines and I have a very hard time controlling the migraines on a outpatient basis. While recieving the service it started to become more obvious I was going to have a seizure and Rachel did an amazing job handling the situation and keeping me safe til EMT's could get there.
I feel terrible I seized on Rachel and I'm thankful that Rachel was there to help.
Rachel your awesome.
Madison was great at communicating before the appointment, helping to arrange the arrival time. Works well with seniors, explaining the process, and is engaging socially with them.
Mom (82) was tired at first after the shot yesterday, took a short 30min nap, and woke up a totally different person, alert and strong, there's do doubt in the family that the shots have a positive outcome for her.
The at home service has helped my mom with consistent upset stomach, bathroom control, strength and immune. The benefits for senior care justify the price in our families opinion.
