When I first went to Intrinsic my lower back pain was consistently at a 7/10. I left my first visit at a 2/10. The personalized care that I have received over time has been top notch. Within 2 months I'm able to better manage my pain and prioritize my back health in a way I've never been able to before. I look forward to coming back many many times!

Dr. Seraphina is a gem! She has helped me through rough patches with my rebellious body. You are so fortunate to have her in Maine. We will miss her in Marin County. She practices with loving hands, heart & head.

Seraphina is remarkable. She thoughtfully diagnosed my 13 year old son and aided his recovery from a hip injury. We returned to her for other lingering sports injuries and she was always fantastic. Thorough, intelligent, and kind.
