Rob is AMAZING! I came in wanting to strengthen my back and get in shape, and he's helped me do both in a relatively short period of time. I really appreciate his approach to fortifying your body for the long haul; I'm in my late forties and he has helped me get stronger especially in the areas I'm most vulnerable. Highly recommend working with him!

Rob is an excellent trainer. He takes it seriously and encouraged me to do the same. His approach is to look at long term goals and provide workouts that correct imbalances and address specific weaknesses. I really liked that his gym is set up for one-on-one sessions so the focus is clear: getting me in shape. It's not about the gym or the frills, it's about training skills. And Rob has them.

Rob is an excellent trainer. He is passionate about helping his clients reach their fitness goals and to ensure they have the skills they need to maintain their fitness level in the future. There are no quick fixes here; come only if you are willing to commit to hard work.
