I had a really disappointing experience. I brought in my phone for a battery replacement and the battery was defective…that’s not their fault and I understand that. They put my original battery back in and refunded my money. However, after this process my Face ID no longer worked! I brought it to them to fix, and they were unable to do anything. They even had me factory reset my phone with no results. They refused to compensate me for the loss of functionality that occurred after they worked on my phone. It’s really unfortunate that things happened this way, and that I have to leave this review but I don’t want any other potential customers to have to face similar consequences for trusting these people with electronics repairs.

Went in recently to have my phone's cameras removed for my new job and was there for maybe a total of 20 minutes. Handed the nice clerk my phone to do his job. I sat down, read 2 columns in the newspaper and he was done. Both cameras removed for about $55 very welcoming, nice service, fast, and efficient. Also gave me back my cameras that were removed. I may go back to see if he can fix my laptop which is having problems. 5\5 would definitely definitely recommend. And will come back for more services.
