Terrible customer service, the “manager” Ryan (he told Me his name was Brian) writes up DMV documentation incorrectly then refuses to correct his mistakes, told me to go to another DMV when DMV told me to have the dismantler redo it. I never stated you falsified documentation, and how did I if it's the documentation you gave me? Maybe DMV personal should come into your business and get educated by you on the latest rules and regulations of DMV since you guys are up to date, and DMV staff isn't. Bottom of the barrel methods of conducting business. Bryon got the same rudeness he gives to your customers in return, doesn’t matter if you work in a Junk Yard, sell parts, sell Salvaged vehicles customers deserve respect and good customer service.

Only gripe is the prices. On the good side, the lot is organized well. The vehicles are laid in rows and the counter people give you a map of locations. I went to get a seat belt for an old Chevy truck. I found one and removed it myself. Seat belts that fit are being rebuilt now. I called around and Pic and Pull had none in that body style. i-Pull-u-Pull had several on site and told me so on phone. Would be super nice if they could put all the Chevys separate from the Fords and Dodges. People there were nice and doing a good job. I might be expecting a little too much from a self serve wrecking operation.
