This business is violating WA state law and House bill 1074! My son moved out in late August, was not provided invoices until over a month later! Included in the invoices was multiple items used for other units and added to the invoice. They also added a pack of Powerade and a shovel. Tried to contact this business multiple times with Certified Letters/emails and no response! Steer clear of this horrible management company!

Thank you so much for your very unprofessional response. I'm asking you to abide by the WA State Law but you refusing to communicate by denying my letters and ignoring us won't resolve the situation, so I will just continue with plans to secure legal. Thank you.

I give them a solid 6/10. They are okay. But be fair warned that they will screw you out of a big chunk of your deposit no matter how clean of a person you are and how diligently you clean upon move out. They hire people to come in and clean anyway so it all depends on how long they take to clean your apartment. So you can’t get anything “back” because they aren’t the ones who clean it. It’s a third party. Other than that, they are fine. But maintenance issues can take awhile.

I was super nervous about getting my deposit back after reading some of these reviews, but I ended up getting most of my deposit back thankfully. This company is okay but definitely has some flaws. They own a lot of buildings so unfortunately the maintenance man can take awhile and requests can easily be lost/forgotten. Great maintenance man though when he shows up. Some other issues I had is them doing nothing for our safety and security, i lived in brownes and the homeless were always gathering in our back yard, smoking crack on our porch, going through our garbage and mail, trying to break in, and once even pulled a pipe off of our building causing gas to fill our building and co2 alarms going off and us having to evacuate at 2 am while firefighters came. Some more effort and care on their end would be nice but they were overall an okay company to rent from in comparison to others
