Currently experiencing withdrawals from my medication and this doctor doesn’t seem to care. I recently had been released from a care facility and desperately needed to be seen for a follow up so I could continue my treatment. THE DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT AT THIS CLINIC I received a voicemail saying I had to change the provider name with my insurance company because it wasn’t her listed (trying to get established elsewhere but that’s another story) and since it wasn’t Dr Irene on my insurance policy, I was told to correct this BEFORE my appointment or else I would be denied care. I tried to change it but my insurance company wouldn’t let me manually change the information online. Sad and frustrated I had to cancel my appointment. Do better!! Mental health crisis is JUST as important and I’m furious with this “provider” and her so called health care team. Now I’m hoping to establish care with an actual psychiatrist because this office failed me for the last time.
