I loved the people that helped me with my hand recovery at this place. Very nice people to work with! Billing department totally the opposite: while going trough some financial hardship and I started my services knowing my insurance was active ( so I could afford it), when I received the bills and my insurance got their money back they wouldn't even given me a discount at least to help me with the bill. In the end I get it,their policy, but the rudeness of the person that I talked to on the phone from billing department was not necessary. And it was not the first time when I had to deal with billing. Lesson learned!
