We stayed at this campground 2 nights, between visiting Mount St. Helens and Mount Rainier. It is an amazingly beautiful campground! There are many spaces reserved but we were able to snag an open campsite. We tent camped. The bathrooms (vault style) were clean and stocked with paper. There was clean water, with nice spigot's in each loop, we stayed in B loop and there was a water spigot on each sideof the loop, if I remember right. We filled our shower bladder and put it on the hood of our car as soon as we got there so it could warm up. (Washing at the spigot is reasonably not allowed.) Each space has a picnic table and fire ring with grill. The spaces are $24 and night and there are double spaces available for $44 a night. (Summer 2022) There are also dumpsters on each loop for trash which was really nice. We were able to clean out the car before packing it back up. There are 4 loops, A-D. All are very similarly set up. There is a nice place in the river where a "pool" had been built with rocks. (Near the A loop) Its cold but in the summer when its warm late into the evenings and humid, the river felt very welcome after setting up camp. There is a trail that I believe goes completely around all 4 loops along the outside. There were sign post's marking which way to each loop as you got to y's or t's in the trail. Some camp sites have trails to the river or the camp trail. I think if we stay again we'd try to get a site that has a trail to the river. We did not interact with the host but did see another camper purchasing fire wood, they were all smiles so thats a good sign. 😄 We would definitely recommend this campground and want to stay again if we are ever in the area.

This campground is Awesome! My husband and I stayed for 4 days and it was the most peaceful and beautiful place to relax. The trails around the campground were gorgeous, the bathrooms were EXCELLENTLY maintained and all the people seemed friendly and respectful. The entire campground is very kid and pet friendly. The camp spots were all so nicely maintained, but yet so natural. Our spot turned out to be a little small for us and all of our stuff, but we made it work and loved it!!
We will be back and next time we will just pick a bigger spot.

I loved it very beautiful because the trees are mossed over and trees are green and the moss is almost a cushion to sleep on if your tenting. My family and I enjoyed our stay it was beautiful lots of lots to rent to stay. It was my sons first experience there hes 15 months now and the first thing he did was sit in the dirt and played with his cars and touched everything he really felt the earth beneath his toes! We road our bikes not very far at all litterly 5min bike ride to the water and we drove to the waterfall not very far eaither maybe 20min car ride called THE LOOP. Its perfect this season and very warm days and sorta chilly nights
