I had heard so many great things about Erik from several runners and I'm so glad I finally went to see him for a running consultation. What I most appreciated was that Erik talked in detail about what he was seeing and why he was suggesting certain exercises. Now I know what muscles to check in on and what exercises I can do to help activate them if needed. I had been to one other PT in the past who did not do that and just assigned exercises, and in the long run, I didn't learn much. If you want to make an investment in your long term running health, definitely see Erik!

I can't recommend Erik at Iron Horse PT highly enough. I've been to Erik for the last couple of year to resolve running/biking/skiing injuries as they arise. Erik is great at figuring out what is causing the issue and then providing a path to get healthy again. I always leave feeling confident in my recovery. Erik has also provided heavy strength training guidance for both injury recovery and future prevention. He has always been open to talking through the next phase of training and providing recommendations for strength training and running drills to reach my goals. He is extremely knowledgeable and a great teacher.
