Iron Method

Iron Method has been such a great find for me! Classes are small and you get personal attention from your instructor. I could not be happier with the IM experience so far.

I love this class so much! I started a year ago and had zero experience training and one year later, I feel so much stronger! This class is for all levels and it feels like personal training but in a fun group setting! I wish I knew about Iron Method earlier!

Iron Method has had a positive impact on my physical and mental health. The workouts change weekly so it challenges you and makes it interesting, also great music! I’m 64 years old and feeling strong!
