Matt and Kim have created a great, local gym for Bellingham fitness enthusiasts to call home. They are both very knowledgeable and want to put the best product on the floor to service their clients. The gym has a great layout, a lot of state of the art equipment, suitable amenities for any gym patron and a great vibe of inclusion. Matt's very knowledgeable and passionate about the body and learning. Kim has great energy, and excellent skills as a coach & exercise programmer. Iron Mountain S&C offers a few group classes, with a fun atmosphere, and 1-on-1 training, small group training sessions and an open gym option for your own training needs. If you're just starting out, cross-training for your sport, or looking to further your PB's in the weightroom - you'll find that Iron Mountain S&C is one of the top training locations in Bellingham. Iron Mountain Strength & Conditioning is a safe and welcoming place to meet any fitness goal. Matt and Kim are not only amazing and supportive trainers but super knowledgeable and motivating. I've regularly attended their group classes since they opened. The classes are always fun and challenging. Enough so that I'm able to drag myself out of bed to attend the 5:30am class! I've also done personal training to recover from Achilles tendon surgery and following a motor vehicle accident. This is the place whether you're just starting out or looking to reach your next level!

Kim and Matt have created a welcoming, challenging, and fun environment at Iron Mountain. They both are extremely knowledgeable about weight training, nutrition and aerobic exercise. And they are just the kindest people! They will do whatever is needed to incorporate modifications into your workout, if needed, and encourage you to push hard to accomplish your goals! This is the BEST gym in Bellingham - clean and well maintained!! And the personal training is outstanding - no one better than Kim and Matt!!
