This seems to be the listing for the mini mart at the Shell station just as one is entering Scappoose from the south.

The problem is is that it says on the building that is the Columbia River Market. And as far as I know it has said that for over a decade. So if this (Island Cove Market) is something besides the mini mart at Shell gasoline, I have no clue what it is.

If it is the mini mart at Shell it's a nice little store, the staff is quite friendly. And they have the best diesel prices in town.
