Even with a crammed schedule, Jason managed to swing by our house between jobs and diagnose the problem (which was, of course, an unusual one created as a work-around from a different company before we bought the house). He ordered the needed part and had it installed a day earlier than expected (again, between jobs). Can't say enough good things about the team.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We live in a rental townhome. One of our spaceheaters was making a real racket. Jason called us to set up an appointment early in the week and worked diligently to figure out the problem. He was very prompt and wanted to make sure we had heat before the weekend. I get the feeling every customer is a priority no matter what the issue. This is a really good company.

I had Island Electric replace my old 100 amp electrical utility box and run 220 to the garage for some shop tools. They did great work, I’m really happy with the results. Very professional and polite and went out of their way to keep me in the loop throughout the job and explain exactly what was being done. My go-to electrician in Anacortes now.
