I gave this company a chance to make it right but they didn’t want too.
I first had them come out to fix my heater, which they did, but replaced the broken part with an inferior part they had to manipulate to make it work. And was very expensive. The furnace worked for a few months and then broke again. So I had them out a second time for a consultation. They tested and told me which part needed to be replaced. I paid the $125 for the advice and the ordered the exact part and replaced. After it would still not work. So I called them back and explained I would like them to either try again or refund me for the wrong advice. (Which they do have a satisfaction guarantee statement on there website). This upset them and they blew me off and said we should just part ways. I tried calming them down enough to have a reasonable conversation and that I just wanted my furnace fixed before winter. But they would not work with me.
It is sad that there is no customer service and they just want the easy jobs. I do feel they are taking advantage of people with the limited contractor availability on Island.
I am out a little bit of money but hopefully the next company will be better.
