Island Lodge by Al Lago

Have been here to eat several times now, our new favorite place. Staff is top notch, food is presented nicely and very good.

Got the short ribs. Very rubbery, and hard to chew. The service was terrible. We constantly had to stop waitresses that weren’t even ours to ask for drinks or other things. Our waitresses only came to our table one time do ask us if we needed anything after taking our order. Took 20+ mins for them to bring us our drinks, and over 30 mins for our dessert, and all the bathroom stalls were out of toilet paper even after I brought it up to two different employees

I suppose a dry, frozen "elk" burger drenched in gravy is good enough for northerners, but I can't really recommend this restaurant. Service was great though.

Edit: the owner admitting they can't even make gravy and used a packet can be seen below. This place is garbage and not worth the visit.
