They ruined my brand new LaPerla silk pajama bottom when all I wanted was a hem. They are now faded, lack luxury & the beautiful shine is gone. She did NOTHING to compensate me. DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHES RUINED

Horrible service. Dropped 2 jackets and received no quotes or estimates. Came back and it’s like they did NOTHING: all the stain and dirt are still on. They charged me 100$ for it - no explanation on why the dry cleaning didn’t work at all, or a price breakdown, just throw me a “dry cleaning is expensive” …???

They fixed my down jacket which had a rip for a good price and that too within a day. Saved me a lot of trouble.
