We have been in good hands with Patrick for decades. He is always quick to respond - friendly, and professional. Even if we want "bare bones" coverage on an older car he is never pushy, but rather always attentive to what works best for our family.

Patrick Shockley was our first insurance agent when we moved to Issaquah, WA over 25 years ago. Patrick Shockley is a rock star!! He’s knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and efficient. Over the years, we have insured our homes, auto and boat with Patrick at Pemco. Though we don’t live in Issaquah anymore (still in Washington), we continue to use his service because of his professionalism. He’s always helpful and never pushy. We are very pleased with the service we received from Patrick and Pemco insurance.

We have been taken care of at Pemco by our local representative Patrick Shockley for many years. He responds quickly to emails and/or phone calls. He looks for the best quotes possible for both our auto and home insurance. My son who is no longer on our insurance (due to adulting) is now separately working with Patrick on his own individual plan. If you’re on the fence, jump off on Patrick’s side! He’s friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable!!
